Project methodology
Each of the solar projects is unique and custom-designed and executed to suit that particular requirement. The steps followed are as follows.

The solar irradiation details relevant to the client location is gathered and analysed using a specially designed patentable software to determine all the hard ware requirement, their specifications and other details.

Design using the actual site parameters are finalized with detailed location, routing and piping, sizing of the pumps, structural details and the required safety and other control features are generated using a patentable software developed by us for this purpose.
The special design of the Tanks taking into consideration the stratification parameters are made using the patentable design software exclusively developed for this purpose.
The specifications of all hardware including the outsourced items are also finalized.
This is discussed with the client and finalized including their suggestions.
A detailed step by step installation manual is prepared.

Based on the details thus obtained, detailed interactions are undertaken with the approved vendors for the outsourced and standard hardware to finalise every aspect of the design, material, safety and performance points to be observed and the overall schedule.
Detailed quality checks are conducted for each material before it reaches the site.
Our trained engineering teams install all the hardware and the piping and other field equipment based on the designs and the detailed installation manual.
Quality checks are done at every stage of installation to ensure compliance to design, quality assurance and reliability.

Every committed aspect of the design and installation and the performance characteristics committed, are tested with the client and after proving, handed over to the client as a commissioned project.
Natus Solar engineers also help in running the plant for a few months till the client Engineers are fully trained, before handing over the Plant.

All operation and periodical maintenance schedules are prepared, the client engineers trained in all aspects of running and maintenance of the Plant.
Where ever so required, three to five years of operation and maintenance of the Plant is carried out by Natus Solar Engineers.
